Our clinic is located at the base of Boulder Canyon near Boulder Creek at the very west end of Arapahoe Ave. in the first building, ground floor (Suite 5) of Canyonside Office Park. Clinic can be accessed by going west on Arapahoe Ave from 9th or west on Canyon Blvd and taking a left over the bridge onto Arapahoe Ave. Look for a short & steep driveway on Arapahoe Ave. between State Farm Insurance (with the antique red fire truck) and the September School. We are across from Eben G. Fine Park and have ample parking.
