Our clinic is located at the base of Boulder Canyon near Boulder Creek at the very west end of Arapahoe Ave. in the first building, ground floor (Suite 5) of Canyonside Office Park. Clinic can be accessed by going west on Arapahoe Ave from 9th and then a left into parking lot- or west on Canyon Blvd and taking a left over the bridge onto Arapahoe Ave. and another left onto Arapahoe. Look next for a short & steep driveway on your left . We are across from Eben G. Fine Park and have ample parking.
